71, of Cranston, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021 peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Battista and Eleanor (DeSantis) DiRobbio. Diana was a school teacher at the Carl G.Lauro school in Providence for 25 years. She received her undergraduate and master’s degree in education from Providence College. She enjoyed days at Beavertail and was an avid gardener.
She is survived by her devoted siblings, Carole Ehrhardt and her husband James of West Warwick, Cheryl Asciolla and her husband Robert of Greenville, and Anthony DiRobbio and his wife Jean of Spring Hill, FL. Diana was the beloved aunt of Heather Ledoux, Christine DiRobbio, Nicholas DiRobbio, and the late Alison Voccola. She also leaves her aunt Virginia DeBlasio. She was the great aunt of eight and leaves behind many loving cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph’s Church, 854 Providence St, West Warwick on Friday at 10 a.m. Inurnment will be held in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
