Delores A. (Lato) Cardullo

Delores A. (Lato) Cardullo, 82, of Providence passed away Thursday January 26, 2023, at home. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Antionette (Ferrante) Lato. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond G. Cardullo, Ret. PPD.

Delores attended Morton Nursing School, becoming an LPN, she worked for Women and Infants Hospital until her retirement in 1999.  She was a lifetime avid bowler, her and Ray were in a bowling league playing weekly, she continued to play twice a week even after Ray’s passing. She had a great affinity for QVC channel, from shoes to makeup and anything in between, she was always looking for the next bargain.  She was a devoted cat lover; she loved all cats not just her own.

Delores was the dedicated and loving mother of Lauren Marrocco and her husband Mark, the cherished grandmother of Matteo A. Marrocco. She was the loving sister of Vincent “Vinny” Lato, Jr.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday February 2, 2023, at 11:00 am at St. Bartholomew Church, 297 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence, 02909.Burial will be immediately following in St. Ann Cemetery. VISTING HOURs will be held from 9:30-10:30 at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to National Humane Society, 40 E.
