DAVID J. DIBIASE

52, of Coventry passed away Sunday January 18, 2009 at home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Einhorn) DiBiase. Born in Providence he was the son of Frank and Rose (Pichierri) DiBiase Sr. of North Providence. David was employed as an Assistant Director of Project Management & Construction for the City of Providence for the past 18 years. He received his Bachelor Degree of Science and later his Masters Degree in Education from the University of Rhode Island. He was a member of the URI Rams Fast Break Club and Triggs Golf Course. Besides his wife and parents he is survived by his children Erica Scioli of Acton, MA, Michael Checko of Coventry and Jeffrey Checko of Nashville, TN. He was the grandfather of four and brother of Mary Pellegrino and Frank DiBiase Jr. both of North Providence. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday at 10am in St. Augustine's Church, Mt. Pleasant Ave. Providence. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI 143 Main St. Wakefield, RI 02879.
