59 of Cranston, passed away on Saturday June 30, 2007. He was the beloved husband of Carol Noonan. Daryl was born in Providence, and he was the son of the late Martin Joseph Noonan Jr. and the late Lilyan I. Morse. He was raised by his mother and his beloved step-father, the late Arthur Morse, a former West Warwick Councilman. Daryl was a graduate of West Warwick High School Class of 1965, as well as a graduate of Arthur Angelo School of Hair Design. Daryl was best known for his involvement with Artistic Dog and Cat Grooming as the owner/operator since 1974. But his love for animals went well beyond the grooming salon. He was also involved with the AKC breeding, showing, and sometimes judging of Afghan Hounds, Poodles, and Boxer dogs. At different times, he was the owner/operator of Scalair Aquarium in Warwick and Cranston Aquarium. Whatever Daryl did, he embraced wholeheartedly. In addition with his involvement with animals, he enjoyed a variety of activities. He was a Pati Certified Dive Instructor. He was an NRA Instructor, a member of the Providence Revolver Club, the Wallum Lake Rod and Gun Club, and Cranston Fish and Game. He was a reserve Sheriff with the Worcester County Deputy Sheriff Association and was a member of the Cranston A.C. Golf Club, as well as the RI B.A.G.S. Golf Club.
Daryl will be forever loved and missed by those he left behind: his wife Carol, his children, Daryl M. Noonan Jr and his wife Chris, and his daughter Kimberly Lawrence and her husband, Christopher, and his 6 grandchildren, Daryl 111, Nicholas, Carissa, Steven, LaurenAnne, and Benjamin.
His funeral service will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by interment in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Sunday 4-8 p.m. www.nardolillo.com
