Cynthia Ray McDonald

71, of Sarasota, FL, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, in RI Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Webster McDonald Sr. Born in Memphis, TN, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Patricia (McKnight) Ray. Cynthia was the devoted and loving mother of Webster McDonald Jr. and his wife Margaret of West Kingstown, RI and Gwynne McDonald of Sarasota, FL. She was the cherished grandmother of Abigail McDonald, and sister of Woody Ray of Memphis TN, and Mack Ray of Crawfordville, AR.

Cynthia was an elementary school teacher for over 20 years before retiring. Continually developing her talent as an artist, to the end, she brought joy and light to the world that will outlast our memories.
