CONSTANTINA "DINA" FOTOPOULOS

Constantina "Dina" (Pappageorgiou) Fotopoulos 91, of Cranston, passed away Monday, July 2, 2007 at RI Hospital in Providence. She was the beloved wife for 71 years of the late Spiridon "Spiro" Fotopoulos. She was born October 20, 1915 in Manthyrea, Tripolis Greece, 1 of 7 children of the late Haralambos and Demetra (Spyropoulous) Pappageorgiou. Mrs. Fotopoulos loved to Tat and spend time with her loving family. She was also a communicant of the Church of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Parish in Cranston. From grammar school Constantina went on to further her education at the Domestic Learning Academy in Greece. She was the loving mother of Diane Mitrelis of Cranston, Angela Provost of Johnston, Georgia Kapelos of Norwood, MA, Bob Fotopoulos of Cranston, George Fotopoulos of Wakefield, John Fotopoulos of Cranston, Carrie Mihos of North Kingstown and Kiki Melanis of Exeter; cherished grandmother of 23 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-granddaughter. She was the sister of the late George, Nick, Olga and Olga Pappas, Theodora Douros and Litsa Tsikouras. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Friday at 9:45 a.m., followed by a Funeral Service in the Church of the Annunciation, Oaklawn Ave. Cranston at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in North Burial Ground Cemetery, Providence.
