CONCETTA (D'ARTISTA) TRAFICANTE

79, of Providence, passed away on Monday November 12, 2012 at Hopkins Manor in North Providence.

She was the beloved wife of 37 years to Agostino Traficante.

Born in Sulmona, Italy she was the daughter of the late Ugolino and Maria (Colangela) D'Artista.

Concetta came to this country in 1975 and had resided in Providence for the past 37 years. She worked for Lu Tone Mfg. Company of Providence for 10 years retiring in 1996.

Besides her husband she was the dear sister of Gina Paccella, Viena Finessi, Michele D'Artista, Pasquale D'Artista all of Italy, and the late Panfilo D'Artista, Raffaele D'Artista, Antonio D'Artista, Irena Schiavo and Anna Lepore.

She was the loving aunt of Maria Luisa Cantelmi and the late Angela Milano.

Her funeral will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Ghost Church Providence at 11 a.m. Entombment will be in Our Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum in St. Ann Cemetery Cranston.

Visiting hours are Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
