Christine M. (Letizia) Marsella

76, of Johnston, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, October 23, 2015 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Salvatore J. Marsella. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Vincent Letizia and Laura (Rossi) Letizia of Johnston. Christine enjoyed the beach, theater, bingo and was a true lover of life. She was a member of the Johnston Senior Center. Besides her mother she is survived by her loving children, Kenneth S. Marsella of North Kingstown, Diane M. Marsella of Warwick, and Kristen A. Flaxington, and her husband Edward of Swansea, MA. Christine was the cherished grandmother of six and great-grandmother of one. She was the sister of Vincent Letizia of Cranston. Christine is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in Ocean State Baptist Church, 600 Douglas Pike, Smithfield, RI .VISITING HOURS are respectfully omitted. Burial will be private. Kindly omit flowers.
