CHARLES S. SIVO

93, formerly of Southern Street, Cranston passed away peacefully on Saturday. October 13, 2012, at Briarcliffe Manor, Johnston. He was the beloved husband of the late Anna (Pella) Sivo. Born in Cranston, he was a son of Antonio and Maria (Ianello) Sivo. Charles was a union carpenter for forty years before retiring in 1984. He was a US Army veteran serving during WW II.

He is survived by his son Charles S. Sivo of Johnston, and was the father of the late Anna Marie (Sivo) Kolander. Charles was the cherished grandfather of Raymond Santilli, Jr., Mark A. Santilli, and Lauren R. Sivo and the great-grandfather of three. He was the brother of the late Carlo Sivo, Margaret Paliotta, Anna Caparco, Sara Zulla, Mary Santoro, Gino Sivo, and John Sivo. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.
