Chanpheng Phongsavath

Chanpheng Phongsavath passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 75. He was born on March 20, 1945 in Laos to Phai Sisavath and Chansouk Phongsavath. Him and his family migrated to the US in 1979. He is a retired machine operator/ steel worker for over 20 years. He enjoyed gardening, animals, and spending time with family and friends. He will be greatly missed for his sense of humor and dedication to family. He is survived by his wife, Chaysith Phongsavath; daughter and husband, Chithamphone and Paul Link; son and wife, Vilaysith and Phola Phongsavath; son, Saibandith Sivilay; along with six grandchildren and many extended family members. Chanpheng was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to everyone. Last respects can be paid during prayer services at Wat Lao Buddhavath of RI Inc., located at 88 Limerock Rd, Smithfield RI 02917.
