CHAD M. MANCUSO

Mancuso, Chad M., 20, of Coddington Way, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2009 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Rt 1 in Charlestown. He was born in Providence a son of Carl M. and Deborah A. (Saccucci) Mancuso and he had resided in South Kingstown for the past 8 years, previously residing in Saunderstown. Chad was a 2007 honor roll graduate of South Kingstown High School playing volleyball and earning an honorable mention on the all-state team. During his freshman year at Lasell College in Newton, MA, he studied sports science and made a significant contribution as a rookie on the men's volleyball team. Chad's other passion was playing basketball with his father. He is presently a sophomore at Florida Gulf Coast University. Beside his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Jason and Eric Mancuso of Manhattan, NY. He was the grandson of Anna (Corrente) Saccucci of Wakefield and the late Anthony Saccucci, Carlo and Ruth (Kruger) Mancuso. He is also survived by his uncle Dr. Michael Saccucci and his wife Bonnie of Wakefield and their daughters, Brianna and Mariel, his aunt Lori Paterson and her husband Kenneth of Narragansett and their daughters, Heather and Amy. His funeral will be held on Tuesday at 8:45am from the Nardolillo Funeral Home SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 1111 Boston Neck Rd. ( RT 1A ), Narragansett followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High Street, Wakefield at 10:am. VISITING HOURS Monday 4-8pm. Burial will take place in St. Francis Cemetery, Wakefield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Chad M.
