CESAR A. GOMEZ

93, of Warwick Avenue, Cranston, passed away on Monday, May 24, 2010 at Summit Commons Nursing Home in Providence. Cesar was the husband of Amanda (Garcia) Gomez. He was born in San Pedro de Joc Provincia de Pacasmayo, Peru. Cesar was the son of the late Ernesto Gomez and Agripina Javier. Cesar worked as an electrician for 35 years in Peru and also worked in the jewelry industry in Rhode Island until his retirement. Besides his wife, he is survived by his six children, Ruben Blaz of Peru, Cesar Gomez of New Jersey, Ernestina Nunez of Cranston, Rosa A. Gomez of Cranston, Carmen Coppa of Providence and Manny Gomez of Cranston. Cesar was the loving grandfather of 16 and great grandfather of 11. His funeral services will be private.
