CATHERINE V. (KOHL) BENITEZ
67, Maricopa, Arizona, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2012 at Odyssey Hospice in Mesa, AZ. She was the beloved wife of Robert J. Benitez. Born in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Henry G. and Catherine N. (Crocker) Kohl.
Besides her husband, she was the devoted mother of Christopher B. Benitez of Colorado Springs, CO, Jennifer L. Shabo of Narragansett, RI, Christine A. Nelson of San Tan Valley, AZ, and Andrew K. Benitez of Castle Rock, CO; loving grandmother of 13; and dear sister of Jeanne Kohl of East Falmouth, MA and Robert Kohl of Marston Mills, MA.
Visiting hours to which relatives and friends are invited will be held on Saturday, January 7th in Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1240 Boston Neck Rd. (Rt.1A) Narragansett from 9:00 - 9:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Service at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter.
