CAROLYN T. VOLPE
CAROLYN T. (PETRELLA) VOLPE, 67, of Sherwood Lane, Greenville, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Vincent R. Volpe.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late John and Ann (DiIorio) Petrella, she moved to Greenville in 1970.
Besides her husband, she was the devoted mother of Vincent R. Volpe, II and Nina Szumita and her husband Scott of Johnston; dear sister of John Petrella, Jr. and his wife Doreen of North Kingstown; dear sister-in-law of Claire Korkut of Greenville and John and Lucille Volpe of Cranston, and loving grandmother of Vincent and Dominic Volpe and Brandon, Cameron and Zachary Szumita.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston Saturday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, Cranston St., Cranston at 10 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
VISITING HOURS Friday 4-8 p.m.
