Carolyn A. (McLay) DeVito
88, of Providence, passed away on Saturday April 18, 2015 peacefully at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Vincent J. DeVito. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Alan and Alma (Wackerling) McLay.
She is survived by her loving children, Carolyn A. Wall and her husband Walter "Buster" of Pawtucket, Justina M. Hooper of Coventry, Maryann K. Shiel of Providence, Anthony V. DeVito of Cranston, Vincent J. DeVito, II and his wife Judith of Warwick, and William V. DeVito of Providence. She was the cherished grandmother of fourteen and the great-grandmother of eighteen. She was the sister of the late E. Jane Bennett.
Her funeral arrangements will be private.
