Carolyn Ann (Conway) Butler

79, of Cranston, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 25, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Philip B. Butler. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Yvonne (Cournoyer) Conway.

Carolyn worked as the security manager for Jordan Marsh and Macy’s for 30 years before retiring. She was an avid buyer & seller of antiques, especially at the Brimfield Flea Market.

Besides her husband Philip, she is survived by her loving son, Philip B. Butler, Jr. and his wife Mary of Cranston, Kenneth M. Butler of Central Falls, and the late Cheryl Meresereau; brother James Conway of Rehoboth, MA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Her funeral services are private.
