Carol A LaFazia

82, of North Scituate, passed away May 5, 2024.   She was the beloved wife of the late Ronald LaFazia.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Carmela (Ciullo) Mazzotta.  
 Carol was a hairdresser until taking time off to raise her children; she started working again when they were older and retired while working at Colibri Group.
She is survived by her loving children, Michael LaFazia of North Scituate and Lori Smith and her husband Fred Gagnon of West Greenwich.  Carol was also the dear sister of the late Domenic Mazzotta.  
Relatives and friends are invited to attend  her funeral service to be held on Saturday at 10am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a burial in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS: Friday 4-7pm.  
Carol loved dogs and we are asking that in lieu of flowers please make a donation in her name to the Humane Society of the United States.
