CAROL A. (FALCO) DeROSA

Carol A. (Falco) DeRosa, 68, of Simmonsville Ave., Johnston, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2009 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Carlo A. DeRosa. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Lillian (Whittaker) Falco. Carol was a jewelry expeditor for Van Mosman Industries for many years before retiring. Besides her husband, she was the devoted mother of Steven A. DeRosa of Johnston, John J. DeRosa of Johnston, Carl A. DeRosa of Warwick and Carla M. Russo of Johnston; loving grandmother of eight; and dear sister of Donna Comella of Cranston. Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brigid's Church, 1231 Plainfield St., Johnston at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
