64, of Johnston, passed away at home on Saturday, July 11, 2020, at 7:56 p.m. Born in La Libertad, El Salvador, she was a daughter of Angelina (Aguilera) Barahona. Carmen loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening and going to church.
Carmen is survived by her loving children, Claudia Rottenberger and her husband Christian of Arlington, TX, Steve Escobar of Los Angeles, CA, and Iliana Escobar and her husband Anthony of Johnston. She was the cherished grandmother of Christian Aguirre, Adam Carranza, Valerie Carranza and Maleyna Chappell-Rottenberger. Carmen was the sister of Jose Filipe Aguilera of El Salvador, Herminia Barahona of Los Angeles, CA, Tito Barahona of El Salvador, Isael Barahona of Peru, Daniel Barahona of El Salvador, Manuel Barahona of Houston, TX, Teresa Barahona of Los Angeles, Ca, Deysi Almendares of Alexandria, Va and the late Concepcion Morales.
Her visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, July 15th, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., followed by a Funeral Home Service at 8:00p.m. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston. Burial is respectfully omitted.
