CARMELLA L. "CONNIE" (CARDARELLI) RICCITELLI

98, of Johnston, passed away on Friday April 1, 2011 at the Morgan Health Center, Johnston. She was the beloved wife of the late Angelo Riccitelli. Carmella was born in Johnston, the daughter of the late Nicholas and Kate (Martinelli) Cardarelli and mother of the late Stephen J. Riccitelli. Mrs. Riccitelli was the owner and operator of the former Connie's Hair Salon. She is survived by her daughter in-law, Maureen Riccitelli of Johnston, her grandsons, Stephen E. Riccitelli and his wife Pierina of Johnston and Angelo Riccitelli and his wife Robin of Barrington. She was also the cherished great-grandmother of Jake, Morgan, Aidan and Luca. She was also the sister of the late Sam and Jack Cardarelli, Angelina Seidita, Margaret Jeff, Mary Ciano, Violet Palleschi and Maggie Riccitelli. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 8 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 am in St. Rocco's Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Monday 4-8 pm.
