CARMELLA T. (OLIVERI) PASHALIAN

87, of Midwood Street, Cranston, passed away Sunday, March 21,2010 at Hopkins Manor in North Providence. Carmella was the wife of the late George Pashalian. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Rosina (Romeo) Oliveri. Carmella was employed as a clerk for the Boston Submarine Shop for over 35 years until her retirement. To Carmella, family was the most important thing in life. She was the loving mother of Paris Ledoux, Wayne Pashalian and his wife Patricia all of Cranston and Cheryl Pashalian of Greenwich Village, New York. Carmella was the mother-in-law to the late Michael Ledoux. She was the grandmother of Michelle McCabe and her husband Timothy, Michael Ledoux, Emily Hedgepeth-Pashalian, Jessica and Joseph Paine and Jorgie Pashalian. Carmella was the great grandmother of Alexander Ledoux, Caitlyn McCabe and Joseph Paine. She was the sister of Marie Redfern and the late Margaret Andl, Angelina Rosi, Domenic Oliveri, Grace Oliveri, Rocco, Martel and Nicolas Oliver. Carmella was also the aunt of many nieces and nephews. Funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Ann Church, Cranston at 10:00 a.m. VISITING HOURS: WEDNESDAY 4-8 p.m. Inurnment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association, 245 Waterman Street, Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906 or to any charity of your preference.
