at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Raymond Votto Sr.
Carmel
was born in
Providence
, the daughter of the late Giovanni and Anna (Tomasso) Bruno.
Besides her husband she is survived by her loving children, Raymond Votto Jr. and his wife Vicki of Cranston, Mark Votto and his wife Maria of NH and Cynthia Votto of Coventry. She was also the cherished grandmother of Matthew and Lindsay Votto, Alexis and Ashlen Gianforcaro,

Jordan
, and Alyssa Votto, and her great grandson Ethan. Carmel was also the sister of Ralph Bruno of NC, Victoria Zarlenga of West Warwick, Grace Beal of CT, and the late Anthony, Arthur, Domenic and John Bruno, Celia Pollilo and Mary Kingsbury.
Her funeral will be held on Friday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Rocco's Church, Atwood Ave. Johnston. Burial will take place in
St. Ann
's Cemetery,
Cranston
