87, of Johnston, passed away Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010. He was the husband of the late Olympia (Musco) Pagliaro. Born and lived on Almy Street in Providence for 75 years before moving to Johnston. He was the son of the late John and Maria (DePari) Pagliaro and the brother of the late Anthony Pagliaro. Mr. Pagliaro was an electrical inspector for the City of Providence before retiring in 1988. He was a US Army veteran serving his country in WW II, surviving the Normandy Invasion. He was a forth-degree member of the Adams Assembly, Dillon Council, Knights of Columbus. Carlo was a member of the Holy Name Society at Holy Ghost Church. He leaves his loving sons, John C. Pagliaro and his companion Denise Cappelli of West Warwick, Carlo Pagliaro, Jr. and his wife Daniela of Johnston. He was the cherished grandfather of Melanie Dextradeur, Christina and Alexandra Pagliaro and great-grandfather of Libby and Lola Dextradeur. Carlo was the loving companion of Barbara Low. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Burial will be in Maria del Campo Cemetery, Barrington.
