64, of Cranston, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2008 during his sleep. He was the beloved husband of Lorraine A. (Conca) Masiello and adored father of Ralph Masiello and his wife Ginamarie of Richmond and Carl Masiello and his wife Sheri of North Kingstown. He will be missed by his three grandchildren, Ashley, Sebastian and Xavier Masiello. He was the son of the late Ralph and Angela "Angie" (Citrone) Masiello formerly of Providence. He was also the brother to Jean Austin of Lincoln and David Masiello of Smithfield. He spent over 40 years in the food business, first as a meat cutter, then as a business owner of Carl & Dave's Market and Catering located in Providence. He was well known for his award winning, "Carl's Pride Stuffed Quahogs". He was a legend in the food business. He devoted his life to his family and friends. He had a passion for Elvis, NASCAR, and the Cleveland Browns. His funeral will be held on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 10:00am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Conception Church, Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston at 11:00am. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston; VISITING HOURS Monday morning 8-10am.
