Candace (Singster) Whitman

76, of Johnston passed away Tuesday September 26, 2023 at Riverview Nursing Home in Coventry. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Henry Singster and Hilda (Oliveira) Angell.

Candace was a Controller for Unique Metal Works of Pawtucket for 27 years retiring in 2014.

She was the mother of Donald Whitman and Michael Whitman; and grandmother of four. She was the sister of Henry Singster, Jerry Singster, Sandra Vincent, Patricia Angell and Cherie Cave. Candace was the companion of John Coyne.

Burial will be private.
