53, of Cranston, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 22, 2025. He was the son of Carlotta (Tomasso) Aschettino and the late Joseph N. Aschettino. Brian is also survived by his loving children, Ashley, Nicholas and Ariana Aschettino; loving wife Karen Murphy and her children Mary and Tim Duhon; dear brother Joseph Aschettino; son-in-law Nick Groff and daughter-in-law Kailey Matera.

Brian dedicated 32 years to Facilities Management at Rhode Island Hospital, where his commitment and hard work were deeply respected. In addition to his professional life, he took on the role of Sergeant at Arms for the St. Mary's Feast Society in Cranston, reflecting his active participation in the community. He was also a proud member of Teamsters Local 251.

Known for his vibrant personality, Brian was often described as the life of the party. With a zest for life that was contagious, he loved to dance and immerse himself in music. His loud laughter and joyful spirit made gatherings memorable, as he always knew how to bring people together.

Every Tuesday night, he would look forward to playing cards with friends at Tomaselli's. Riding his Harley Davidson with friends was another cherished pastime, offering him the freedom and thrill of adventure he so loved.

Above all, Brian's proudest accomplishments lay in his unwavering dedication to his family. They were his first priority, and he took immense pride in caring for others. His children were his most precious gifts, and he devoted his life to ensuring their happiness and well-being.

As we remember Brian, we celebrate a man who lived fully and loved deeply.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 10:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: PawsWatch, PO Box 7005, Warwick, RI 02887.
