BobbieJo (Williams) "Poh" Fournier

wife of John Fournier and resident of Southbridge, MA, passed away on October 14, 2011 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center. BobbieJo was born in Providence, RI on May 26, 1968 and soon after, joined the Williams family of Jamestown, RI. She attended Jamestown Elementary School, Jesus Saviour School, graduated from North Kingstown Senior High School and was a parishioner of St. Mark's Church, Jamestown, RI. On June 21, 2003, BobbieJo and John were married and later moved to Massachusetts. Her sweet and kind heart was a treasure to her family and friends and she always kept us laughing. Her fondness for anything Winnie the Pooh was no secret and she loved collecting Pooh bears. She was gentle and compassionate and loved animals, especially horses and horseback riding, and of course, her kitties. BobbieJo is survived by her loving husband, sisters Claudia Williams, Susan Lyons, Joni Darrall, Mimi Battey, Catherine Gregory, Trisha Weldy, and Jennifer Maloney, her brothers Carl Williams, Christopher Williams and John Mencarini, and many loving family members and friends. She now joins her parents Bertram and Aldea Williams, sisters Linda O'Connell and Nancy Maloney, God-parents Eleanor Maderia and Timothy O'Connell in the loving embrace of Christ. "If there ever comes a day when we can't be together keep me in your heart, I'll stay there forever." -Winnie the Pooh Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10 am in St. Mark Church, 60 Narragansett Ave., Jamestown. Her burial will take place in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Arrangements by the Nardolillo Funeral Home "South County Chapel"; Narragansett.
