67, of Johnston, formerly of Cranston passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 20, 2010 at The Philip Hulitar In-Patient Hospice Center in Providence surrounded by her family. She was the devoted wife of Ronald J. Gobin. Born in Providence, she was the loving daughter of James G. and Antonetta (DiMaria) Peters of Johnston. Beverly was the Director of Operations of ATMED Treatment Center of Johnston for many years. She was a graduate of RI College and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Nursing Society, and an Advisory Board Member of New England Technical Institute and Lincoln Technical Institute. She was communicant of St. Ann's Church in Cranston. Besides her husband and parents she was the loving mother of Colleen M. Raftery of Johnston, and loving step-mother of Lisa and Adam Mastrostephano and Ronald J. Jr. and Elizabeth Gobin, both of Pawtucket; dear grandmother of David, Robert and Emilee Gobin. She was the sister of the late Janice Peters, loving Aunt of Catherine and Guenter Bay, James and Silvia Whiteley and Ted and Janet Whiteley Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 9:30 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Ann's Church Cranston at 10:30 am.
