BETSY K.( FERGUSON) BANKAUSKAS

64, of George Arden Ave., Warwick, passed away on Tuesday at Kent Hospital in Warwick. She was the wife of 42 years to John E. Bankauskas Sr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Elliott and Elizabeth (Carter) Ferguson. Betsy enjoyed vacationing with her family to Walt Disneyworld. Besides her husband she was the mother of Karen E. Murphy and her husband Marcus of Warwick, John E. Bankauskas Jr. and his wife Deborah of Coventry, Michael R. Bankauskas and his wife Stacia of Johnston and Lisa J. Bankauskas-Mosca and her husband Keith of Warwick, and eight grandchildren. She was the sister of Richard Ferguson, Jon Ferguson, Joyce Pitts, Gale Gervais and the late Frederick Ferguson. Her funeral will be held on Friday at 7:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Clement Church, 111 Long St. Warwick at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park Johnston. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8 p.m.
