BENEDETTA (CERELLI) MESSINA
91, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday July 3, 2013 at Alpine Nursing Home in Coventry. She was the beloved wife of the late Peter Messina. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Salvatore Cerelli. Benedetta worked for Ann & Hope for many years before retirement.
She was the beloved mother of Vincent and Salvatore Messina; loving grandmother of Kyle, Justin and Ryan Messina; loving great-grandmother of Kody. She was the dear sister of the late Domenic, Pat and John Cerelli, Helen Paolino and Jennie Turegano.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston on Friday July 12, 2013 at 10 a.m. Inurnment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
