Beatrice 'Bea' R. (Gesualdo) Caruso

90, of Warwick, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence.  She was the beloved wife of the late John Caruso.  Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Felix and Blanche (Wisniwski) Gesualdo.

Beatrice was the loving mother of Lori Palumbo, and the late John “Jay” Caruso; cherished grandmother of Michael Palumbo and his wife Sari; great grandmother of Skylar; sister of Rosalind “Ronnie” Schwarzkopf and her husband Jack, Felix Gesualdo Jr., and the late Gustavo Gesualdo.  She is also survived by two sisters-in-law that she considered dear friends, Claire Gesualdo and Carol Caruso.

Beatrice worked for many years in the retail industry, but her greatest joy came from being a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She always doted on her family, and was well known for her Sunday dinners. She loved the beach, the Patriots, going out to eat, and most of all...shopping! Her smile, laugh and love will be missed terribly by her family and friends.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, October 21st from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. in the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Funeral Service in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care, (1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904) who took wonderful care of Bea in her final days.
