BEATRICE E. MONTI

Beatrice E. (Barone) Monti 95, of Phoenix Arizona, formerly of Mountain Laurel Drive, Cranston, died Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis A. "Frank" Monti. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Vincenzo and Mary-Michele (DiMuccio) Barone. Mrs. Monti moved to Phoenix in 1999 to reside with her daughter. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church for over fifty years. She is survived by her loving daughter Pamela M. Nunes and her husband Thomas of Phoenix, AZ. Mrs. Monti was the cherished grandmother of Daniel A. Nunes of Scottsdale, AZ, Jennifer E. Chamberlin of Danville, CA and Christopher M. Nunes of The Woodlands, TX. She was the great-grandmother of nine. Mrs. Monti was the sister of the late Anna B. Scorpio, Joseph D. Barone and Rose Scorpio. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
