Beatrice Kendrjian

Beatrice (Hamamjian) Kendrjian, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 18, 2024. She was born in Cairo, Egypt on May 31, 1935 to parents Vram and Zartar (Boyajian) Hamamjian. From Cairo, her family moved to Armenia in 1946 and came to the United States in 1976 settling in Cranston, RI where she lived for almost 50 years.

Beatrice was a devout Christian and member of Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, as well as a member of ARS Arax Chapter.

She is survived by her loving family, including daughter Anahit Kaian and son Levon Kaian, both of Cranston, as well as her six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and was the sister of the late Harry Hamamjian.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, August 23rd at Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a Funeral Service at 11 a.m., followed by burial at North Burial Ground, Providence.
