Bearee Henglatsamy

Bearee Henglatsamy, 41 of North Providence, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023. Born in San Jose, CA, she was the beloved daughter of Souriya and Sang Henglatsamy.

Bearee was a kind, helpful and loving friend who would champion for her friends at any cost. Bearee brought joy to those she worked with, forming life long friendships throughout the state of Rhode Island.

A lifelong resident of city of Providence. Bearee graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2004 with a degree in political science.

Bearee worked for AAA of Southern New England and worked for the State of Rhode Island for over fifteen years at the RI Judiciary and in her current role as the Programming Services Officer at the Rhode Island Division of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (DEDI). Bearee also served as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Impact Rhode Island and The Center for South East Asians.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her loving son, Hunter Reed of Pawtucket, her dear brother Bush Ricky Henglatsamy of North Providence and her beloved dog Jaeger Dulce.

A loving mother and daughter, dedicated sister, encouraging cousin, dearest friend.

Bearee unrepentantly lived life to the beat of her own drums. She was a magnetic force who loved and cared for everyone. She made a friend everywhere she went and would be there for them even years later. She led with her heart wanted those around her to smile and always wanted to help. She lived life so hard and with so much love.

Her funeral services will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday, November 18th at 9:00am. VISITING HOURS will be held on Friday evening from 4:00 – 8:00 pm.
