Barbara J. (Gadwah) Pardoe

64, Cranston passed away on Saturday April 1, 2023, with her family by her side. Born in Anderson, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary (McGowan) Gadwah.

She is the beloved mother of William Pardoe and his wife Patricia, and Emily Pardoe and her partner Sam Donohoe. She is the loving grandmother of Hae, Lee, Rosalie, and Eddie. She is survived by her sisters Joanne Gudavich, Mae Gadwah, Carol McCaskill, and Amy Krueger.

She worked for the Providence Journal for almost 30 years in the circulation department and community services department. She was an avid fan of ‘I Love Lucy’ and the Pawtucket Red Sox.

Her VISITING HOURS will be held on Thursday April 20, 2023 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Burial will be private.
