Arthur E. Gamba 86, of Fletcher Ave. Cranston passed away Sunday Dec. 30th 2007 at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Antonetta "Etta" (Zoglio) Gamba. He was born in Providence a son of the late James and Amelia (Martinelli) Gamba. Mr. Gamba was a Foreman for the State of RI Highway Division. He was a WW II Navy veteran and a member of the American Legion and AARP. He is survived by his loving daughters, Beverly De Ciantis of Johnston, Joan Della Posta and her husband Luigi of Cranston, his devoted sisters, Anna DelSanto and Norma Henry both of Cranston. He was the cherished grandfather of 5 and great grandfather of 5, and the brother of the late Rudy and John Gamba. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 10 am in St. Rocco's Church Atwood Ave. Johnston. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Ann's Cemetery Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
