ARTHUR W. ANDERSON, SR

Arthur W. Anderson, Sr., 70, of Roberts Street, West Warwick and Haven Health Center, Coventry, died on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at Kent County Memorial Hospital Warwick. He was the husband of Elaine M. (Phillips) Anderson. Born in Providence he was a son of the late Harold and Blanche (McCrae) Anderson. Mr. Anderson was owner-operator of the E.A. Epoxy Company of Exeter for 9 years. He previously was a textile supervisor for Ironton Prints of Eastern, PA., for 12 years and in the same capacity for the Cranston Print Works for 14 years. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Besides his wife he is survived by two daughters: Monica Raub of Eastern, PA, Robin Ringenary of Elizabethtown, Kentuckey, one son: Arthur W. Anderson Jr. of West Greenwich, two sisters: Nancy Marzilli of Georgia, Dorothy Unagnast of PA., one brother: Raymond Anderson of Cranston, 8 Grandchildren and one great grandson. He was also the father of the late Mark Anderson and brother of the late Harold Anderson and Beverly Lavimodere. His Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 10:00am at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Avenue Cranston. Burial with military honors will be in the R.I. Veteran Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS: Wednesday 4-7pm.
