ARPIE 'PENNY' (SANASARIAN) ASADOORIAN

83, formerly of Abbey Ave., Warwick, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Woodpecker Hill Health Center in Coventry. She was the former wife of the late Dr. Peter D. Asadoorian. Born in Everett, MA, she was the daughter of the late Aram and Vartouhi (Jerian) Sanasarian.

Mrs. Asadoorian was an inspector at Elmwood Sensors in Cranston and later in Pawtucket for 21 years before retiring. She was a member of Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church and its Ladies' Guild; and The RI Chorale.

She was the devoted mother of Joy Asadoorian-Morgan and her husband George of Foster and the late Mark D. Asadoorian; loving grandmother of Mark M. Morgan and Marina J. Morgan; dear sister of Robert Sanasarian of Watertown, MA and the late Audrey Baker; and loving aunt of Roxanne Baker and Kevin Baker.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Friday at 11 a.m. in Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence, followed by interment at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
