ARMANDO GERMANI

88, of Warwick, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 28, 2012, at Coventry Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Coventry. He was the beloved husband of the late Carmella "Connie" A. (Martinelli) Germani. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Libro and Maria (Protano) Germani. Armando was the co-owner of Germani Brothers Construction for many years before his retirement. He was a US Army veteran serving in the European Theatre during WW II.

Armando is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Daniel, Domenico, and John Germani, Anna Crugnale, Evelyn Heston, Olga Germani, and Rose Germano.

His funeral service will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Friday at 11:00 a.m. VISITING HOURS Friday morning 9:30 -11:00 a.m. Interment with Military Honors will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to, Sunnyview Nursing Home, 83 Corona Street, Warwick, RI 02886.
