of Goldsmith Ave., East Providence, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Miriam Hospital in Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Agostina “Tina” (Vittorio) Oliveira. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Antonio and Angelina (Lavalle) Oliveira.
A member of Teamsters Local 251, Antonio was a truck driver for the Cardi Corporation before retiring; and was a WW-II U.S. Navy veteran.
He was the devoted father of Marie Williams of FL, Gina Desrosiers and her husband Michael of Johnston, Deanna Young and her husband David of North Providence, Antonia Oliveira, Jr. of North Providence and the late Michael Oliveira; cherished grandfather of twelve; loving great-grandfather of fourteen and dear brother of the late Doris Brochu and Frank “Bebe” DeOliveira.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 7th at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, 15 George Waterman Rd., Johnston, followed by burial with military honors at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
VISITING HOURS are Friday morning from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.
