90, a WWII era Veteran, of Jamestown, passed away March 28, 2012 at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Florida. He was the beloved husband of Mary Lucy (Forte) Mastrostefano for 65 years. He founded Mastro Electric Supply Co. Inc. in Providence in 1946, an ongoing family business. He was born in Providence, RI and was a son of the late Vincenzo and Anna (Cardenese) Mastrostefano, and brother of the late Nick Silvestri, Teresa Calise, John and Joseph Mastrostefano. Besides his wife he leaves two daughters: Patricia Ann Dimatteo of Cranston, Donna Marie Kane of Wellington, FL and two sons: Vincent Anthony Mastrostefano of East Greenwich and Anthony Albert Mastrostefano Jr. of Jamestown plus seven grandchildren: Tomasso Dimatteo, Vittoria Dimatteo, Sean Kane, Scott Kane, Samantha Kane, Mariel Mastrostefano, and James Mastrostefano; and one great grandchild, Michael Dimatteo. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 11 am in St. Mark's Church, 60 Narragansett Ave., Jamestown followed by burial with military honors to be held in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours will be held on Monday 4-8 pm in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.
