Antonetta "Nettie" M. (Fuoco) Salera

of Johnston, formerly of Cranston, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Cherry Hill Manor in Johnston.  She was the beloved wife of the late Luigi Salera.  Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Carrie (Palumbo) Fuoco.

Nettie worked at A& H Jewelry Manufacturing for many years before retiring.

She was the devoted mother of Louis Salera and his wife Carol of Johnston and Biagio “Billy” Salera of Stuart, FL; cherished grandmother of four; loving great-grandmother of four; and dear sister of Lena Gesualdi and Carol Corsinetti both of Johnston and the late Anna Cipriano, Carmela Calenda, Michael Palmisano, Anthony Fuoco, Rose Ariosto, Barbara Moretti and Ronald Fuoco.

Her family would like to thank the staff at Cherry Hill Manor for the wonderful care given to Nettie for the past two years.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27th at 10:00 a.m. in St. Rocco Church, 931 Atwood Ave., Johnston (Social distancing and masks are required), followed by burial at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
