87, of North Providence, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2011 at Hopkins Manor, North Providence. She was the beloved wife of Alexander V. DeQuattro. They were married for forty-seven years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Angelina Picozzi. Etta was a self employed hairdresser for fourteen years.
Besides her husband she is survived by her loving son, Thomas A. DeQuattro and his wife Paula of Cranston. Etta was the cherished grandmother of Amanda and Alyssa. She was the sister of Fred Picozzi of Providence, Rose Palmieri of Cranston, Pasco Picozzi of RI and the late Frances Pagliuca, Vincenza Cirillo, Virginia Amatore, Albert, Americo, Ernest, and Joseph Picozzi.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Mary Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth Street, North Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Wednesday 4-7 p.m.
