ANTOINETTE (SACCOCCIO) SHOLA

82, of West Warwick and formerly of Cranston, passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2010 in Atlantis, Florida. She was the loving wife of Thomas J. Shola, Sr. for 57 years. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Bennie and Elena (Saccoccio) Desimone. Antoinette was a homemaker, cosmetologist and former Co-Owner of the Village Beauty Salon. Besides her husband, she is survived by her children Gregory J. Shola of West Warwick and Thomas J. Shola, Jr. and his wife Toni (Demarco) Shola of North Kingstown. Antoinette was the grandmother of Alexa, Benjamin and Mia Shola. She was the sister of Anna Poccia of Cranston, Salvatore Saccoccio of Florida and the late Barbara Greenhaulgh. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday in St.Ann Church, Cranston at 9:00 a.m. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Burial will be private.
