ANTOINETTA "ETTA" MARTONE

89, of Cranston, passed away on Thursday, October 07, 2010 at Morgan Health Center in Johnston. She was the wife of the late Stephen Martone. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Giuseppina (Granieri) Vecchio. She is survived by her three daughters Marie Martone, Stephanie Abatiello and Debora Martone, all of Cranston. Etta was the grandmother to Mario Abatiello of Cranston. She was also the sister of the late Phillip "Cupie" Vecchio, Ralph Vecchio, Mary DiFilippo, Peter Vecchio and Anna Cicerone. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Requiem Eucharist Service on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in St. David's on the Hill Church, Meshanticut Valley Parkway, Cranston. Burial will be in R.I. Veteran's Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
