Anthony Sciolto

101, of Cranston, characterized by strength and determination, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 9, 2019, joining his beloved late wife Gertrude E. Sciolto (7/23/2012). Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Vito and Nancy (D’Ambra) Sciolto. He was the loving, dedicated father of Nancy Thompson, Donna Ahearn and her husband John, Anthony R. Sciolto and his wife Nikki, and Elizabeth DiRaimo and her husband Kenneth. Anthony was the proud grandfather of David Ahearn, Toni Morrissey, Kristen McLoughlin, Anthony Thompson, Hayley Marciano, Skye Pechie and Stacy DiRaimo. He was the great-grandfather of Ellie and Grady Morrissey, Sienna McLoughlin, and Natalia and Landon Marciano. Anthony was the brother of the late Louis Sciolto, Angela Iannucelli, Albert Iannucelli, Dorothy Winters, Santo Sciolto and Agnes DeFusco.

In keeping with his expressed wishes, funeral services and burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Kindly omit flowers.
