Anthony F. Previte of Bradenton, FL passed away suddenly at home on August 29, 2007. He was born September 25, 1931 in Providence, RI to the late Antonio and Domenica (Giorgianni) Previte. He attended Rhode Island Radio School and continued working in the electronics field until his retirement. He was an accomplished musician, playing in his own band in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts area for several years. He enjoyed playing golf and was a devoted Red Sox fan. He lived in Maine for 17 years prior to moving to Bradenton, FL in 2002, where he had wintered since 1998. He was a communicant of St. Joseph Catholic Church. A devoted husband , father and grandfather, he is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Anna (Schalleur) Previte of Bradenton, FL, his devoted children , Anthony J. of Palmetto, FL , Rosemarie Sakach and her husband Darryl of North Attleboro, MA, Peter J. and his wife Angel of Bradenton, FL, and his precious grandchildren, Darryl, Jessie, Mikaela, Vincent, Jerilyn, Christian, Peter Anthony "PJ" and Nicholas Anthony, and a loving sister, Josephine "Joann" Del Padre and her husband Richard of North Providence, RI and a sister in-law , Ruth Previte of Johnston, RI plus many nieces and nephews and cousins. Mr. Previte was predeceased by his sister, Frances Boscia and her husband Biaggio, and his brother Peter. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Avenue Cranston on Friday at 10:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church Fourth Street, North Providence at 11:00am. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Friday Morning 9:00-10:00am.
