78, of Florida Ave. Cranston passed away Thursday July 3, 2008 at Elmhurst Extended Care in Providence.
He was born in Cranston a son of the late Simone and Mary (Carnavale) Pelli.
Mr. Pelli was a self employed Carpenter, and also was an active volunteer and custodian for St. Mary's School and Church in Cranston.
He was also an Army Korean War veteran.
Anthony is survived by his sisters, Phoebe Vitolo and Helen Meloni both of Cranston, and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Etta Conneely, Ann Aubin and Joseph Pelli.
His funeral will be held on Tuesday at 10 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Mary's Church Cranston St. Cranston. His burial with military honors will be in St. Ann's Cemetery Cranston. VISITING HOURS: Monday 5-8 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: American Cancer Society.
