ANTHONY D'ANDREA

92, of Cherry Hill Road, Johnston passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. He was the husband of Rita (DeCotis) Sabatino-D'Andrea.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Costantino and Antonetta (Palmieri) D'Andrea.

Mr. D'Andrea was self employed for many years until his retirement and was also a WW-II Army Veteran.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Robert D'Andrea and his wife Donna M. of Greenville, Joseph Sabatino and his wife Maryann P. of Cranston, Frank D'Andrea of Providence and Linda D'Andrea of Maine; his grandchildren Jaclyn Sabatino, Dana Bullock, Nina D'Andrea, Maria Dorval, Angelica D'Andrea and Georgia D'Andrea; he was the brother of Lucy Marchetti of North Providence and the late Phyllis Santagata, Catherine DeJoseph, Anna Silvestri, Louis, Nicholas and Louis D'Andrea. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI 1085 North Main Street Providence, RI 02904. VISITING HOURS to which relatives and friends are invited will be held on Friday 4-7 pm. His funeral and burial will be private.
