Anthony Broccoli

97, of Johnston, passed away Tuesday May 9, 2023 at RI Veterans Home in Bristol, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of the late Angelina (Iarocci) Broccoli. Born in Providence he was the son of the late Joseph and Amelia Iacobucci) Broccoli.

Anthony was an Aviation Metalsmith for Electric Boat-Quonset Point for many years before retiring and was a US Navy WW-11 veteran.

Anthony was an avid card player at the Johnston Senior Center.

He was the devoted father of Geraldine D. DelSesto and her husband David, Joseph M. Broccoli and his wife Karen, Anthony Broccoli, Jr., Dr. Russell D. Broccoli and his wife Sharon Santilli Esq. and the late Lawrence Broccoli; loving grandfather of nine; and loving great-grandfather of thirteen.

He was also the father -in-law of Pamela Broccoli

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Monday May 22, 2023 at 11 am in St. Rocco’s Church Johnston followed by Inurnment with Military Honors in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
